I am a career switcher and got my SWE job and burned out almost immediately. I was still working full time while I studied SWE and once I got my job immediately was in a high stress high paced environment. I’m at a crossroads as to what to do now. My health is suffering.

I have loved following your journey. I did try downloading your app before this vide because I saw you talked about it on Tiktok but other apps named 'Offline' popped up and I didn't find yours. But since I used the link in the description box, I saw it.

I just left my job and taking some time off - I know it's a scary time in the market right now but I felt like I really needed to take this break. Great recap on your lessons during your time off. Only caution here is that this young lady will no doubt be successful in whatever professional endeavor she takes up. In a sense, this sort of content is a tad bit dangerous for others. Other people should keep that in mind when thinking of taking a professional gap year.
